Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), the majority shareholder of Paris Saint-Germain and minority shareholder of Sporting Braga, announced this Tuesday the expansion of its football project with the acquisition of Eupen, a club that occupies 7th place in the Belgian Second Division.
In a statement, QSI confirmed the “signing of a memorandum for the total acquisition of the club and immediate assumption of sporting operations” of Eupen, which was purchased “from the Aspire Zone Foundation (Aspire),” also from Qatar.
